Big Book of Best Practice – a celebration of innovation and best practice from across the Trust.
Our book is all about sharing examples of these areas and how our #TeamCWP colleagues have worked together to problem solve and f ind innovative solutions for the benefit of the people who use our services.
We received almost 100 inspiring entries this year and the 52 entries that feature in the book were chosen because they demonstrate the highest levels of innovation and quality improvement, with clear evidence of how they have benefitted our patients, carers and families. There are a wide range of case studies from across our care groups, including some outstanding examples of partnership working across the wider system. Importantly, all of the finalists support CWP’s vision of helping to improve the lives of everyone in our communities.
